At Touch & Glow Relaxation Lounge is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering the highest level of service by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment for our clients

Full payment Is due at time of Booking. An automatic 20% gratuity applies for all Spa services. You have 24 hours prior to appointment day to CANCEL and RecEive a full refund.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the policies and terms below.

To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card and payment is required to guarantee your reservations. Please be sure to authorize Touch &Glow Relaxation Lounge to store your card by checking off the box underneath card information. Appointment will not be accepted if card is not authorized to be stored. Please click on the 20% gratuity option.

All clients must be 18 or older to book services. Spa guests younger than 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 12 – 17 may enjoy massages and body treatments but must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Guests younger than 12 are not permitted at the Spa. No visitors that are not receiving spa services are permitted.

*** Gift certificates. Please indicate in the message section that you have a gift certificate. All other booking policies and terms apply to those using gift certificate.

When making reservations for a gift for someone you will be charged total amount at time of booking. In the message section please add the name of recipient and gratuity of (min20%) . We hold this information as part of our cancelation policies.

Processing fee applies.

Gratuity is not included (min 20%). Gratuity will be charged at time of booking.

Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies/ sensitive to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

Although we offer planned packages for your convenience. You are welcome to combine any of our service for a custom package that meets your needs.

  • At time we may be able to make accommodations for clients who ask to add other services upon arrival of their appointment. once services is added, client can not cancel.

  • * If client chooses to change their services/package upon arrival, client will be charged the full amount of the service that were initially schedule . Couple’s package will still be charged in full even if only one person shows up.

Cancelation Policies and Fees

  • Your treatments are reserved specially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancelation with less than 24 hour notice will be charged full amount.

  • We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have schedule an appointment for the same time.

Price and Service:

Prices and Services are subject to change without notice. Our website will be updated anytime there is a change

Check in:

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, if you arrive late the length of your service may be adjusted so as to not interrupted the scheduled appointments of our other guest. Full price of scheduled service will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Personal belongings:

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
